O R D E R

The above Writ Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to grant an order of interim stay of all further proceedings of the sixth respondent made in Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.02/2025/A1 dated 26.11.2025 and to issue an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from in any way reducing the pension based on the impugned order passed by the sixth respondent in Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.02/2025/A1 dated 26.11.2025 respectively, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. On perusal of the impugned order of the sixth respondent dated 26.11.2025 reveals that the sixth respondent has re-fixed the pay as per the Government Order passed in G.O.299, dated 21.09.2022 from 01.10.2022 but however stated that no recovery will be made for the excess payment paid till 30.09.2022. In view of the fact that there is no threat of recovery, the above Writ Miscellaneous Petitions stand dismissed.
