This petition is filed to condone the delay of 265 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

Mr.P.M.Jayachandran, learned counsel has filed vakalat for the respondent and he opposed the prayer for condonation of delay.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
