ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to defreeze the petitioner's bank account.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's bank account has now been defreezed and, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
