C.M.P.No.20578 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.3711 of 2013 R.KALAIMATHI, J., This petition is filed to bring the petitioner herein namely Indrani on record as the Legal Representative of the deceased sole appellant herein namely Srinivasan and array the petitioner herein as the 2nd appellant in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has stated no objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.
