ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant to permit the applicant to amend defendants address wherever the address of the defendants stated as described in the schedule of the petition in the Judges Summons.

2. According to the applicant, earlier the address of the defendants was wrongly mentioned. Already he taken out summons to the defendants and the same was returned as not available. Now he found out the correct address and therefore, the present address has to be incorporated by deleting the previous address.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title and list the matter on 17.02.2026.
