ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition that the petitioners are directed to appear on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. before the respondent police and also and when required for interrogation on receipt of the summons by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5592 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.2384 of 2021 order dated 02.06.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5592 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.2384 of 2021 vide its order dated 02.06.2021 is relaxed.
