These Petitions have been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents as Legal Heirs of the deceased respondents viz., i) Yusuf Maraicar and ii) Fathima Gani.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6, and perused the materials available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the Second Appeal on 07.04.2026.
