This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the 4th respondent for wilful disobedience for the order of this Court order 10.07.2025 and made in W.P.No.23867 of 2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent through online. However, he is not able to give the reason as to why it was rejected. 3.Since the appeal filed by the petitioner was rejected, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the rejection order.
