ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience to the order of this Court dated 24.04.2025 passed in 1 / 4

Crl.O.P.No.12400 of 2025, thereby directing the third respondent therein to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed the second respondent therein to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent.

2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent had completed the investigation and filed final report before the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur, on 10.03.2026 and the same is yet to be taken on file. He also produced an affidavit of the second respondent dated 11.03.2026 and also a copy of the final report before this Court to that effect.
