PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to pay the petitioner retirement benefits namely, gratuity of Rs.3,39,601/-, provident fund of Rs.1,92,377/-, earned leave encashment of Rs.1,40,424/-
and other admissible benefits together with interest @ 12% of amount from the date of retirement i.e. 31.05.2019 till the payment based upon his representation dated 04.12.2025.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to pay the petitioner retirement benefits namely, gratuity of Rs.3,39,601/-, provident fund of Rs.1,92,377/-, earned leave encashment of Rs.1,40,424/- and other admissible benefits together with interest @ 12% of amount from the date of retirement i.e. 31.05.2019 till the payment based upon his representation dated 04.12.2025.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. Though a larger prayer is sought for in this writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 29.09.2025 and 04.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a specified time.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's representations dated 29.09.2025 and 04.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of twelve weeks.
5. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 29.09.2025 and 04.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
