ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Debt Recovery Tribunal - II, Chennai to dispose of SA.No.412 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that he had participated as one of the bidder in the auction conducted by the fifth respondent on 28.08.2024 and he is an auction purchaser for an amount of Rs.1,63,50,000/-. As per the sale condition, the petitioner has to pay 25% of the auction sale amount and further 75% has to be paid within a period of 15 days from the date of auction sale. It is his further contention that the petitioner had also remitted a sum of Rs.40,85,500/- towards 25% of the auction sale amount and first respondent had also issued sale certificate in favour of the petitioner. While so, the second and third respondents had filed S.A.No.412 of 2024 before the Debt Recovery Tribunal II, Chennai without adding the petitioner as party to the proceedings. Hence, seeks a direction for early disposal of the above application.
