ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on 1st of every calendar month until further orders imposed in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.16648 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20921 of 2025 by order dated 04.09.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16648 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20921 of 2025 vide order dated 04.09.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
