This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvarur and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvarur daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30787 of 2025 dated 11.11.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
