JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal is filed against the decree and Judgment dated 09.10.2017 passed in A.S.No.21 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruttani, upholding the decree and Judgment dated 18.03.2015 passed in O.S.No.63 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruttani.

2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC) attached to High Court, Madras, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of TNMCC along with a Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 06.01.2025 entered into between the parties, duly signed by both the appellant and the respondents and their counsels, is filed and the same is recorded.

3. The Second Appeal in S.A.No.826 of 2018 is disposed of in accordance with the Joint Memorandum of Compromise arrived at between the parties in Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree in S.A.No.826 of 2018. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
