This petition has been filed to substitute

1) D.Jeyakumar, 2) J.K.Daniel and 3) Jenitha Sahaya Mary who are the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner J.Amali Stella as petitioners in the above said Writ Petition.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause-title.
