This Court, by its order, dated 05.12.2025, passed in W.P.No.47131 of 2025, had disposed of the said writ petition by issuing certain directions.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has not raised any serious objections for allowing this petition. The amendment prayed for in this petition does not also affect the interest of the private respondents.

Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment accordingly, and thereafter issue a fresh order copy to the parties.
