ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioner's services and fix a regular pay with effect from 2009 and to pay all the service and all other attained benefits to the petitioner, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was appointed as RCH Worker by the respondents on 01.01.2009 and was paid a sum of Rs.1500/- as consolidated pay till now even after rendering service for more than 15 years. He contented that the respondents have not followed the Government Orders to pay minimum wages to the petitioner and also drew the attention of this Court in regard to approval and sanction of identical posts to some workers, which was not done in the case of the petitioner, showing clear discrimination and the same amounts to violation under Article 14 of the Constitution of India. Hence, the learned counsel prayed to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition. __________Page 2 of 5

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the contentions put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents ventilating all his grievances, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondent concerned shall consider and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks therefrom.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
