Respondent(s) PRAYER Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider petitioner representations dated 24.09.2025 given to the 3rd respondent and 06.10.2025 given to the 1st respondent and not to obstruct the pathway leading to his land in Survey No.656/5 in Malaiyandahalli Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are constructing an Anganwadi Centre adjacent to his agricultural land, situated in Survey No.656/5 of Malaiyandahalli Village, Mathur, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District. According to him, if the construction comes up, he will have no access to his property. Hence, he made representations on 24.09.2025 and 06.10.2025, seeking redressal for his grievance, namely, granting him access to his lands. As the same was not responded to, he is before this Court.
2. When the matter came up for admission, I heard Mr.K.R.Gunashekar for the petitioner, Mr.Shajahan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate for the 3rd respondents. I called upon the learned counsel for the respondents to get instructions from their respective clients, as to whether the petitioner would continue to have access, despite the construction of the Anganwadi Centre.
3. Mr.P.Ganesan has produced instructions dated 07.01.2026 issued by the Tahsildar, Pochampalli to the Block Development Officer, Mathur Panchayat Union, Krishnagiri District. In terms of these instructions, the Tahsildar, after a survey has reported that the petitioner will continue to have access road to his property through a 5 meter 18 feet pathway. The instructions are scanned and extracted hereunder:
4. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no further order need to be passed other than recording the aforesaid instructions.
