ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the respondent to provide suitable employment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that

the petitioner's father joined as Conductor in the respondent Corporation in the year 1987. He died in harness on 13.07.2009 leaving behind the petitioner's family. The petitioner's mother is employed as Noon Meal Organizer and in the year 2021, the petitioner made application for providing compassionate appointment. However, the same was returned vide order dated 27.12.2023 by directing the petitioner to submit application in form-2 after obtaining certificate from the Tahsildar. Thereafter, the petitioner again made application dated NIL. However, the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to send a copy of the application in form No.2 to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and the same may be considered and passed appropriate orders within a period of six weeks thereafter. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
