Plants and Machinery Certificate to the petitioner based on their application dated 08.12.2025 to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender for the work of widening from Intermediate Lane to two lane and strengthening at Km 4/500- 9/2 and 17/350 - 22/4 of Mookanur - Harur Road, (M- 777)- (Job No. TN CRIF- 2025- 26- SLM- 14 pursuant to Tender notice No. 20/ HDO/ NH/ 2025- 2026 / dated 03.12.2025 which was officially published in http://eprocure.gov.in/ eprocure/app issued by the 1st respondent.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue Work site Inspection and Working conditions of Plants and Machinery Certificates to the petitioner based on their application dated 08.12.2025 to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender issued by the 1st respondent in Tender Notice No. 20/ HDO/ NH/ 2025- 2026 / dated 03.12.2025.

Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice for Respondents 1 & 2, submitted, on instructions, that the application of the petitioner will be processed and Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates will be issued on or before 29.12.2025. 2 / 4
3. In view of the fact that the tender condition stipulates that documents should be uploaded on or before 30.12.2025, the respondents are directed to issue Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates on or before 29.12.2025.
With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
