ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to instruct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of the enquiry without following due process of law.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given against the petitioner by the fourth respondent, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.
