2. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the Management of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Limited required three months time to implement the order passed in the writ petition as confirmed in the writ appeal.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Sangam has no objection for grant three months time to implement the order passed in the writ petition.

4. In view of the consent made between the parties, three months time is granted to implement the award passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.26 of 2018 dated 13.01.2020.
