R. KALAIMATHI,J It is represented that the 2nd respondent/employee is no more and he left behind his wife as only surviving legal heir and she is also no more. Further, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he is unable to find out Class II legal heirs of the deceased employee and that the writ appeal may be closed with liberty to move an application to restore the appeal and seek appropriate orders, if need arises. 2\4

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal stands closed with liberty to restore the appeal, if need arises. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
