3. The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.Sr.No.191346 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same in the usual course.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
