ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 25.11.2024 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 25.11.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 25.11.2024.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 25.11.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date Page No.2 of 4

of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
