ORDER

Having gone through the affidavit, particularly, paragraphs No.4 and 5, this Court finds that the delay of 582 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition, occurred because of the petitioner's, [a senior citizen], financial constraints. Under the circumstances, the petitioner filed the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition with the help of the Legal Aid Committee. 2.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 3.In view of the averments made in paragraphs No.4 and 5 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

4.Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- [Rupees Two Thousand only] to the respondents through the learned counsel for the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
