This petition is filed to condone the delay of 51 days in filing the above Criminal Revision order in C.C.No.251 of 2025 of learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Aathur.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, Government Advocate accepts notice for the first respondent and have no objection for condoning the delay.

3. Though notice had been served on the second respondent, none has entered appearance.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the delay stands condoned and the petitions are ordered.
