ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.30817 of 2025 dated 12.11.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of Crime No.233 of 2025 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of

three weeks from the date of surrender, and on such deposit, the defacto complainant's brother was permitted to withdraw the amount upon filing an undertaking affidavit.

2. Heard both sides. There are no serious objections raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.30817 of 2025 dated 12.11.2025 is modified, and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.233 of 2025 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date of surrender. Upon such deposit, the de facto complainant's brother is permitted to withdraw the said amount on filing an undertaking affidavit and upon production of proper identification and acknowledgment.
