ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to issue joint patta in favour of the petitioner for the property

morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representations dated 13.02.2025 and 01.04.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since the said representations have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the third respondent if the petitioner's representations seeking for issuance of joint patta, as stated supra, are considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners or any other third party, if any, whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 13.02.2025 and 01.04.2025 seeking for

issuance of joint patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners or any other third party, if any, whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
