ORDER
This application has been filed by the applicant to grant leave to sue the Respondents No.2 to 6/Defendant No.2 to 6. According to the applicant he is the applicant in the main suit and the suit is filed for declaration declaring that the resolution passed by the 7th Respondent/Defendant in XVI Annual multiple Convention on 12.04.2025 and 13.04.2025 at Chennai Trade Center, Nungambakkam are null and void and also for permanent injunction.
2. The cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the Respondents No.2 to 6/Defendant No.2 to 6 are residing outside the Jurisdiction of the Court. Therefore, filed this application.
3. Considering the reasons stated by the applicant and the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court and the Respondents No.2 to 6/Defendant No.2 to 6 are residing out side the jurisdiction of the Court, it is appropriate to allow this application.
