ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) It appears that though the application of petitioner seeking issuance of community certificate was rejected by the competent authority on 18.07.2025, petitioner did not avail any remedy of appeal, as provided under G.O.No.147 dated 17.03.2016. Five months thereafter, this writ petition has been filed.

2. It is stated that petitioner is now participating in the process of selection and there has been a call for interview.

3. Learned counsel for official respondents would submit that if petitioner submits an appeal even now, the same would be examined on its own merits.

4. In these circumstances, we are inclined to dismiss the petition with liberty to petitioner to file an appeal before the

appellate authority. If an appeal is filed within a period of ten days from today, the appellate authority shall do well to decide the appeal within a period of six weeks.
