Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to extension of time to execute the separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 25193 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025. 2.After hearing the submissions made on either sides, this Court extends one week time to the petitioners herein to execute the separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 25193 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
