2. The Registry has expressed difficulty in drafting the decree on the ground that the minor guardian was represented by next friend mother who has been mentioned as Rajamani being the first claimant/first respondent in C.M.A.No.2388 of 2018. However, while describing the minor the name of the guardian mother has been mentioned as Rajammal instead of Rajamani.

3. It is admitted that the correct name should be Rajamani. Unfortunately, the decree passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal reflects the name as Rajammal. The respondents/claimants are given liberty to seek amendment of the decree by filing appropriate application before this Court/Tribunal as may be adviced.
