ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur to dispose of the IDOP

No.192 of 2024 expeditiously within the time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the revision petitioner filed divorce petition before the trial court in the year 2024. The respondent / wife also appeared and submitted objection. Inspite of that the trial court had adjourned the matter without any progress. Hence, he prayed for speedy disposal of IDOP No.192 of 2024.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the circumstances, this Court directs the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, to dispose of the IDOP No.192 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
