ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on his representation, dated 18.01.2026. Page No.1 of 4

2. Since the aforesaid representation was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and he would submit that the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application with the 2nd respondent seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition and only thereafter, the said application can be considered by the respondents.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application with the 2nd respondent for issuance of patta in his name.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner is directed to submit an online application seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition and if the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For the foregoing reasons, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application with the 2nd respondent seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the online application within the stipulated time, the 2nd respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the same, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner.

7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
