This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his revision petition dated 29.09.2025 pending on the file of the respondent.

No prejudice will be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's revision petition dated 29.09.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
