Respondent(s) PRAYER; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.3 to 5 to consider and grant selection grade to the petitioner in accordance with G.O. (Ms.) No.68, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Per-M) Department, dated 23.01.1986

and to release all consequential monetary benefits payable to the petitioner with effect from July 2025 by considering and disposing of the petitioners representation dated 07.09.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.3 to 5 to consider and grant selection grade to the petitioner in accordance with G.O. (Ms.) No.68, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Per-M) Department, dated 23.01.1986 and to release all consequential monetary benefits payable to the petitioner with effect from July 2025 by considering and disposing of the petitioners representation dated 07.09.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she is a qualified veterinary graduate appointed as Manager in the year 2016. The petitioner has taken medical leave from 29.10.2024 to 12.11.2024 and the same was rejected on the ground of nonproduction of documents. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 07.09.2025 for regularisation of the period of leave and to settle the salary for the said period. The said representation is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
