ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 herein to pass reversion / re-transfer order based on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2025 and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to pay the salary amount to the petitioner from the month of November 2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she is a qualified veterinary Graduate and appointed as Manager in the year 2016 and she made a representation seeking transfer. Pursuant to which, the second respondent transferred and posted the petitioner to the Tiruppur District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Limited on other duty basis for a period of six months vide proceedings dated 15.04.2025. the sanctioned period of six months expired on 17.10.2025. However, even thereafter, no formal order extending the OD period or reverting/re-transferring the petitioner to her substantive post was issued by the second respondent. Despite extracting work from the petitioner beyond the sanctioned OD period, the 3rd respondent withheld her salary for the month of November 2025, citing the absence of a formal extension order. Earlier, the petitioner had submitted a representation on 10.09.2025 seeking reversion or re-

transfer. The said representation remains pending and not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner has been considered and order has been passed on 11.11.2025 by the first respondent. Without challenging the said order, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for mandamus, which is not sustainable.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Counsel, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 08-01-2026 rli
