ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to rectify the pay anomaly of the petitioners on the basis of the representation dated 26.10.2021 as has been done in the case of the Health Educators working in the Directorate of Public Helath and Preventive Medicine as per the G.O. Ms. No. 65 dated 26.02.2021 issued by the 1st respondent w.e.f 01.01.2016 with all consequential monetary and other benefits.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that with regard to the above said prayer the petitioners' sent representation dated 26.10.2021 to the 1st respondent and the same has not been fructified therefore, the petitioners sent another representation on 11.12.2025 for the said relief. __________Page 2 of 5
Hence, this Court may issue a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 11.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a specified time.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the 1st respondent will consider the petitioners' representation dated 11.12.2025 and pass appropriate order on the same within a period of twelve weeks.
5. In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 11.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
