ORDER
The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to issue a Non Traceable Certificate with regard to Settlement deed dated 13.04.2007 bearing Document No. 870/2007 registered on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Pochampalli, pursuant to the complaint given to the second respondent on 30.07.2025 and paper publication on 31.07.2025 in the newspaper Thinabhoomi, Krishnagiri District.

When the matter was taken up today, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3307 of 2022, the Director General of Police has issued a Circular Memorandum in Rc.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has to comply with certain conditions viz., furnishing of copies of certain documents. Since the petitioner did not comply with the said conditions, the second respondent police is unable to furnish the Non Traceable Certificate. He would further submit that if the petitioner complies with the conditions imposed by the Director General of Police vide Circular Memorandum dated 01.04.2022, the Non Traceable Certificate will be issued to the petitioner, after due enquiry, within a period of four weeks.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the petitioner to approach the second respondent Police and furnish all particulars/documents as required under the aforesaid circular issued by the Director General of Police. On receipt of such particulars/documents, the second respondent Police shall conduct an enquiry and issue Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
