ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to carry out correction in UDR patta No.16 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2025.

2. The petitioner claims that erroneously, a mistake has crept into UDR patta No.16 given to the vendor of the third respondent. The petitioner has given a representation dated 20.07.2025 for correction in UDR patta No.16. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent in this writ petition is dispensed with.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents if a direction is issued to them to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections from the third respondent as well as any other third party whom the official respondents deem __________Page 2 of 4

fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2025 seeking for correction in UDR patta No.16 given to the vendor of the third respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing objections from the third respondent as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
