PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents No.3 and 5 herein to regularise the period of leave from 29.10.2024 to 12.11.2024 as privilege leave and consequently, direct the respondent No.5 to pay the leave salary amount for the said period.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, to direct the respondents No.3 and 5 herein to regularise the period of leave from 29.10.2024 to 12.11.2024 as privilege leave and consequently, direct the respondent No.5 to pay the leave salary amount for the said period.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner appeared before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent has not passed any reasoned order, till date. He would further submit that this Court may issue a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's request and pass appropriate orders.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner submit a fresh representation, the 3rd respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a specified time.
5. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the 3rd respondent. If any such representation is being made, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass
appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of such representation.
