This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 242 days in representing the reply statement to the written statement filed in diary No.13333 of 2025 in the suit in C.S.No.74 of 2024.

2. Both side counsels present. There is no objection on the part of the learned counsel for the respondent for the application being allowed.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the number of days of delay and in order to give a fair opportunity to the applicant, it is appropriate to allow the application. Accordingly, the application in Application No.412 of 2026 is allowed.
