This application has been filed to permit the applicant to withdraw the sum of Rs.3Crores lying in the credit of fixed deposit receipt No.17000784 in A/c.No.720913002051 dated 10.07.2025 drawn on ICICI Bank with accrued interest till the date of encashment, in respect of Arb.Appln.Nos.260, 261, 821 of 2025 and O.A.No.634 of 2025 and A.Nos.3148 and 3149 of 2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

gya 2.It is seen from the records that the applications were closed by this Court, by order dated 25.09.2025 and while doing so, this Court permitted the applicant to seek for payment out of the amount that was deposited, pursuant to the order passed on 09.07.2025. In view of the same, the present application has been filed before this Court.
