ORDER

(made by P.Velmurugan J.) This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the wilful and wanton disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.08.2025 passed in W.A.No.356 of 2022.

Pending this contempt petition, the contemnors have complied with the order of this Court dated 06.08.2025 passed in W.A.No.356 of 2022 and passed an order dated 10.02.2026 in R.No.64196/VM/A2/2024, wherein, it has been stated as follows:

"Thiru.M.Senthil Kumar, Date of Birth (05.03.1982) Age 38 Years at the time of Temporary appointment, working as a Driver in the Mobile Medical Unit at Namagiripettai, Primary Health Centre, Namakkal District, is now regularly appointed in the post of Driver under Section 17(1) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servant's (Conditions of Services) Act 2016 in Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service in the Pay Matrix of Rs.1950071900, Pay Level - 8 plus other usual allowances in the existing

vacancy in Government Primary Health Centre, Semmandapatti, Kadayampatti Block, Salem District w.e.f.25.02.2016. similar to the proceedings R.No.15834/VM/A3/2016 dated: 25.02.2016 and posted in the existing vacancy in Government Primary Health Centre, Semmandapatti, Kadayampatti Block, Salem District as per the instructions issued in the Government letter 12th cited." 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that at the time of joining the service, the petitioner was aged about 27 years, whereas, in the aforesaid order dated 10.02.2026, it has been stated that the age of the petitioner was 38 years at the time of appointment. 4.

In such view of the matter, the contemnor is directed to correct the age of the petitioner based on the certificate to be produced by him. With the above directions and observations, this contempt petition is closed.
