ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 5th and 6th respondents to pay the difference of accumulated Stipend Arrear Amount a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand Only) for the demand

made in the Letter dated 31.03.2024 as per the Revised G.Os i. G.O.(Ms) No. 335, HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE, (MCA -2) DEPARTMENT, dated 29.07.2021. ii) G.O.(D) No.98 HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE, (MCA-2) DEPARTMENT, dated 25.01.2023 for the service rendered between April 2022 and March 2023 during the 1st year together with interest till date. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 6th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2024 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
