ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's objections with regard to the request made by the 5th respondent for grant of patta in her name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.05.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, the 5th respondent is not entitled for issuance of patta in her name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner had given a representation on 27.05.2025 to the respondents 1 to 3, objecting the issuance of patta in the name of the 5th respondent. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are Page No.2 of 6
passed against the respondents 4 and 5 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. Necessarily, the petitioner's objections as raised in this writ petition will have to be considered by the official respondents before passing the final orders on the 5th respondent's application seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the 5th respondent for the subject property. The petitioner has also filed supporting documents along with this writ petition and he had also filed the same along with his representation, dated 27.05.2025 given to the official respondents. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.
5. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's objections are directed to be considered by them before passing the final orders on the 5th respondent's application seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the subject property.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the objections raised by the Page No.3 of 6
petitioner through his representation, dated 27.05.2025 with regard to the request made by the 5th respondent seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, and only thereafter, to pass pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the 5th respondent's application seeking for issuance of patta in her favour for the subject property.
