First Appeal filed under Section 96 of CPC against the Judgment and decree dated 31.08.2017 passed in O.S.No.24 of 2015 on the file of the District Judge, Karaikal.

O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant made a submission that the parties to the appeal suit have settled the issues and such a settlement was recorded in E.P.No.35 of 2017 on the file of the learned District Judge, Karaikal in order dated 13.03.2019. The said fact regarding the settlement is not denied by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent also informed that the issues are settled.
3. This being the factum, no further adjudication is to be required in respect of the grounds raised in the appeal suit. Accordingly the appeal suit stands disposed of as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
