Respondents PRAYER: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Order III Rule 2 R/W Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code to recognize me as a Power agent of the 2nd petitioner herein in the above Civil Revision Petition. For Petitioners:

ORDER
It is seen from the General Power of Attorney executed by the second petitioner in favour of the first petitioner that the second petitioner has not given any power to the first petitioner to represent her in legal proceedings involving her immovable properties. The second petitioner has authorised the first petitioner only to represent her in legal proceedings involving her bank accounts.
2. Therefore, the Power of Attorney dated 22.03.2018 produced by the petitioners will not enable the first petitioner to represent the second petitioner in legal proceedings involving her immovable properties.
3. In view of the above, the petition to recognize the first petitioner as power agent of second petitioner is dismissed.
4. The Registry is directed to return the Revision papers to the learned counsel for the petitioners. It is always open to the petitioners to cure the defects and re-present the Revision Petition, in accordance with law. 03-02-2026 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes Lpp
