ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 5th and 6th respondents to pay the difference of accumulated Stipend Arrear Amount of Rs.1,56,000 /- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Six Thousand Only) for the demand made in the Letter dated 04.12.2024 as per the Revised G.O.s i. G.O.(Ms) No.335, HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE, (MCA- 2) DEPARTMENT dated 29.07.2021 ii. G.O. (D) No.98, HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE , (MCA- 2) DEPARTMENT DATED 25.01.2023 , for the service rendered during 1st year of the course between March 2022 to March 2023 together with interest till date.
2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 6th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2024 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
